Q: CAN I TOUR THE APARTMENTS?
A: You can set up a tour with the home page chatbot.
Otherwise, please give us a call and our manager can set something up with you.

Q: WHAT TYPES OF APARTMENTS ARE OFFERED?
A: Studio, 1 and 2 bedroom apartments.

Q: WHAT UTILITIES ARE INCLUDED IN THE RENT?
A: The resident is responsible for electricity, water/sewer/trash and heat (based on occupancy and consumption), cable, phone, and internet.


Q: WHAT IS THE PET POLICY?
A: We are a pet friendly community with no breed or size restrictions! Please note that we require a refundable pet deposit of $200, a non-refundable pet fee of $200 and monthly pet rent ($25/cat, $40/dog).

Q: IS PARKING AVAILABLE?
A: Yes. Garage parking is $155.00-250.00 dependent on the type of garage spot.


Q: IS SUBLETTING ALLOWED?
A: No.

Q: IS THERE WI-FI?
A: Residents are responsible for in-home internet service.

Q: CAN I RESERVE AN APARTMENT ONLINE?
A: Yes, we encourage you to start your online application to reserve your apartment. Visit the floor plan page, choose your apartment, and start your application!

 

Q: WHAT TYPES OF LEASE TERMS ARE AVAILABLE?
A: Generally, 12-month lease agreements are available, but we can offer flexible lease terms.

Q: ARE THERE OCCUPANCY LIMITATIONS?
A: Generally, a maximum of 2 occupants per bedroom is allowed. See below details:

       0 bedroom/studio Limit 2 persons

       1 bedroom Limit 2 persons plus one to age 24 months

       2 bedroom Limit 4 persons plus one to age 24 months


Q: IS THE BUILDING SMOKE-FREE?
A: Yes, we are a smoke free community.

Q: WHAT BUILDING/APARTMENT AMENITIES ARE AVAILABLE?

Q: WHAT IS THE MAXIMIUM INCOME ALLOWED TO QUALIFY?
A: We generally require 2x the rent in verifiable income

 

Q: DO I NEED RENTERS INSURANCE?
A: Yes, renters must maintain liability coverage during the tenancy. We encourage you to use our preferred partner, Resident Shield.

 

Q: ARE THERE ANY OTHER FEES REQUIRED?
A: Yes, a $4.60 Utility Billing Fee/mo will be automatically applied to your account.

Q: WHAT IS INVOLVED IN THE APPLICATION PROCESS?
A: A $40 non-refundable fee is required to process your application. A $300 holding fee will also be held until your application is approved. Once approved the holding fee will be applied to your security deposit. Applicants will be pre-screened for credit, rental history, income, and public criminal records. If the application is canceled within 72 hours of being approved, the holding fee will be refunded. The holding fee is non-refundable after 72 hours. Should an applicant not meet the eligibility requirements, the holding fee will be refunded.
